My Web Evolution

My first public site was hosted on Geocities. The Myspace of the 90s.

After that I pretty much starting learning more by myself. I eventually got some help from Nathan to learn some PHP.

I eventually went on to creating a very decent blog in my opinion. I have about 3000 hits everyday on Pirana Zero.

I started learning a lot more after I created Pirana Zero. Pretty soon after working with Nathan on the Email Template Tool for iBoomerang I wanted to learn ajax for my own usage. I began with my first ajax application: Last.fm Profile Reader. A couple of short weeks on completing that, I began work on Chemical Cutthroats. It’s main purpose was for me to learn ajax, but I eventually turned it into a really nice ajax mirror of Pirana Zero. I guess I did learn ajax pretty good?

Now after I have learned mediocre skills in web programming I have been creating modules for Netvibes and trying to become involved in the upcoming web community. I recently created an ajax chat application for Shuzak and have been throwing lots of ideas and code snippets towards Jawad.

The next simple or complex idea or project that comes along, is another opportunity. Keep them coming!
